Kognita 0.5: what shipped and what didn't

Kognita alpha 0.5.0 shipped agent identity, delegation, blast radius, taint isolation and containment, with a list of what was still open.

0.5 was a large release, and not every line of its definition of done was met.

Verified items were ticked first. The 0.5.0 changelog then listed the open items and the known review findings.

Listing what isn't done is part of the release. 0.5.0 was released.

Several items remained open and were closed in the hardening that followed.

Take this with you

Put the known issues in the changelog. People read that section first.
