Governed client communication, live intervention and complaints
In Kognita alpha a client send is its own governed action, live runs can be paused or overridden, and a complaint links back to the exact output and approver.
Context
Approving a recommendation is not the same as approving what is sent to a client. They need separate evidence.
Decision
- A client communication is evidenced as its own event with a communication level and a provenance label.
- Unregistered channels are denied.
- Pause, override, restrict and recover work on a live run and are evidenced.
Why
A complaint links to the exact output, model version and approver, so one interaction can be reconstructed end to end with no 'not recorded' rows.
Outcome
All ten examinability questions could be answered from evidence for the first time.
Open
Recovery of in-flight actions needed more work later in 0.5.
Treat the send as the decision that matters. Everything before it is a draft.
