Reconstructing one AI-assisted interaction from evidence
kognita evidence reconstruct answers the ten reconstruction-test questions for one interaction from the evidence chain, and reports what is not yet recorded.
The roadmap promised a supervisor could reconstruct one interaction. That needed a command someone could actually run.
kognita evidence reconstruct takes an interaction id and writes JSON and a readable document answering the ten questions. While building the report it checks the chain and every pinned hash.
A mismatch is a finding in the report, and the other questions are still written. The report does not re-run the classifier, the model or a tool. Reconstruction became something Kognita produces on demand. It stopped being an audit afterthought.
Questions that depend on origination, RM review and governed client communication were answered 'not recorded' at this point. Saying so was better than leaving them out.
Take this with you
Design the audit report on day one and let it print 'not recorded'. Those gaps become your backlog.
