Making framework adapters carry identity safely
Kognita alpha's framework adapters now carry the agent credential and delegation, keep tool declarations and bind callbacks per call.
Adapters dropped credentials, reset tool declarations and could mix callbacks between concurrent calls.
Bindings carry the credential, kept out of repr and never evidenced, and the delegation id. Registered tool settings are kept. An approved re-run that executed is reported as released. Callbacks are bound in a per-call registry.
The shared registry is never mutated. Agents built in supported frameworks are governed with full identity.
Adapters remain under 200 lines, which keeps them reviewable but tight.
If you're building one
Never mutate shared state per call in an integration layer.
