Completing agent identity: model, deployment date and daily limits
Kognita alpha now denies agents with incomplete identity, pins the model into the deployment hash and adds daily transaction and product limits.
Why did this need fixing?
Agent identity fields could be blank, and changing the underlying model did not require re-approval.
What did I do about it?
Incomplete identity is denied. Deployment date and model are required, and the model is pinned into the deployment hash, so a changed model is denied until it is approved again. Blast radius gained daily transaction and product limits.

A model swap is a deployment change.
Where are the limits?
New public names were added only after I approved them.
